What this site collects
This site does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. No cookies are set for tracking purposes. The only personal data collected is what you submit yourself through the contact form: your name, email address, project type, budget range, and message.
How it's used
Contact form submissions are sent directly to Darlington Chanakira's email via AWS Simple Email Service, solely to respond to your enquiry. Your information is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for marketing without your direct consent.
Data storage
Submissions are processed by an AWS Lambda function and delivered by email; they are not stored in a separate database. Email correspondence is retained for as long as needed to manage the project enquiry or engagement.
Your rights
Under South Africa's POPIA, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information submitted via this site. Contact [email protected] to make a request.
Hosting
This site is hosted on AWS (S3 + CloudFront). Standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, page requested) may be retained by AWS CloudFront for operational and security purposes, not for tracking individual visitors.
