A concept rebuild for Redefined by M, a private, appointment-only nail studio at Prime Towers in Pretoria Central, built with Astro and hosted on AWS Amplify. Mbali’s own photos lead a cover-style opening, followed by a gallery where any set opens close up and books that look, a price list with times, a three-step explanation of booking and deposits, and a request page that composes the WhatsApp message for her.

The problem
Mbali finds clients on Instagram and TikTok, so most visitors arrive on a phone wanting three answers fast: what her sets look like, what they cost and how booking and deposits work. Those answers were spread across messages rather than on one page.
The goal
Turn a social-media visit into a WhatsApp booking request inside a minute: show the work first, state prices and the deposit plainly, and let a client book the exact set she saw.
Insights
Letting a client start the booking from the set she fell for, with shape, length and finish as simple chips, gives the artist a request she can quote from without a back-and-forth.
Lazy, responsive images in place of 1.65 MB of eager gallery photos keep the first screen fast on a phone, which is where nearly every visitor arrives from social media.
